Frequently Asked Questions - Shipping
1. When will I get the order I just placed on your website?
When we receive your order, it is processed in the RCC Web Fulfillment Center within 24 hours or on the following business day if the merchandise is in stock. All orders placed after 1:00 pm mountain time will be processed on the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm mountain time, excluding holidays. Please see the map below for standard ground shipping timelines, but in most cases it will be 4-5 business days. For delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii, please allow 5-7 business days. For any merchandise that is shipped directly from the vendor, please allow 7-10 business days. International Orders have 2 options of shipping, ranging from 10-15 business days to 5-10 business days (not including time in customs).
2. How are shipping charges determined?
See table above, you will be charged for either FedEx Ground or USPS Priority First Class competitively priced ground shipping. If you would like expedited shipping, you will be required to pay the additional shipping charge. **Currently, RCC Western Online Store is running a promotion that includes $5 Shipping on any order (excludes APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and any International shipments)or free shipping on orders over $75 & within the continential USA (excludes APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and any International shipments) and Free returns within the continential USA (excludes APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and any International shipments)!
3. Can I rush my order?
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to ship your order quickly. We will process your order for in-stock merchandise, vendor-shipped merchandise, or Gift Card request within 24 hours or on the next business day. Orders made after 1:00 pm mountain time will be processed on the next RCC business day, (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) However, an order with expedited shipping will be processed as quickly as possible.
You then have the option to expedite your shipping with Fedex 2 Day, FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx Priority Overnight. Please view options in the Overview Table below.
4. Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! We currently ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Now Germany via USPS. We hope to add more international destinations in the near future.
5. How are packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes? Can they be expedited?
All shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes is via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 5-7 business days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may be expedited with FedEx but we cannot expedite shipping to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
6. What if I don't think my shipping location is secure?
Packages shipped from the RCC Web Fulfillment Center will have either Fedex or USPS tracking from the time they leave RCC. You may check the status of your package at any time using the tracking #. Once the package is confirmed as delivered by Fedex or USPS the package becomes your responsibility. If you don't believe your residence or place of employment is secure for leaving a package unattended, you may want to purchase the "Signature Required Option" for your shipment. Please type "Signature Required" in the Comments box.
More Information:
1. In-stock merchandise will be shipped to you directly from the RCC Web Fulfillment Center. Expect normal delivery time to be 1-6 business days from the date of your order.
- To eliminate unnecessary delays to shipping your order, RCC does not take orders for out-of-stock merchandise. If an item is out of stock, the RCC Customer Service Team will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a substitute item. Out-of-stock orders will be cancelled unless a substitute item is requested.
2. Vendor-shipped merchandise – With some items, RCC special-orders your requested merchandise from the vendor and the vendor ships the merchandise directly to you. This process requires additional order processing time. Expect normal delivery time to be 7-10 business days from the date of your order in most cases.
We offer:
1. FedEx Ground on all domestic (48 contiguous states) orders placed on our website for delivery to both home or business locations without a PO Box address, (1-4 business days from order date,) unless FedEx Express 2 Day (2 business days from order date), FedEx Express Standard Overnight (1 business day from order date, afternoon delivery) or FedEx Express Priority Overnight (1 business day from order date, morning delivery) is selected by the customer for expedited delivery.
2. USPS Priority Mail for orders requesting delivery to Military APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or International. These orders will require additional delivery time and shipment tracking capability will be more limited than on domestic orders.
