RCC Return Policy



RCC prides itself on exceptional customer service, therefore, we would like to make your shopping experience and returns as easy as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns in a couple of easy methods that work best for you.

  • There is no limit on when you may return the item you’re not completely satisfied with!
  • We ask that the merchandise be returned in the same new, unworn condition as it was received accompanied by the same packaging.
  • Return shipping is free within the Continential U.S. (lower 48 states) We will provide a prepaid FedEx return label for shipment. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our return center, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 days. (Please note: credit card companies may take an additional 2-10 business days to post the refund to your account.)


For convenience, you may return your purchase to your local store or have it delivered back to our warehouse.

You can return your online order to any RCC Western Store for a refund (you must have the original receipt and credit card), exchange for in-store merchandise or a gift card for future purchases. Original shipping changes are not refundable.

Complete the RCC Customer Return/Exchange Form

 

A prepaid return label will be provided to send your purchase back to our warehouse for easy exchange, refund, or store credit by specifying the method of refund on the return/exchange form above. If this item is a gift, we can only refund orginal credit card or issue RCC Gift Card for that amount to be used on a future purchase.

**International Returns:

- We do allow returns from overseas as long as the merchandise is new, unused, and in the same condition in which is was received. Please refer to the steps above to return an item.

- RCC does not pay or reimburse for any portion of the return shipping charges unless this was an error on the part of RCC Western Stores (i.e. wrong product or defective merchandise).

- Please contact us prior to shipping if there is an issue with your order in order to have the return shipping charges reimbursed. If deemed our fault, we want the return sent back in the most economical method and will not pay additionally if it is expedited.
