1. Do you ship to international destinations?

 

 

Yes, RCC Western Store currently ships to Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Germany, soon to ship to other international destinations.



2. How are orders shipped?

 

  RCC Western Store currently ships all orders through FedEx or United States Postal Service.  Please see the Shipping Page for more information.


3. Can I check the status of my order/track the shipping?

 

  Yes, with the email confirmation we send you after placing your order, a tracking number will be provided to help track your order.  Please view Track My Package to track your package.
 


4. How long does it take to receive my order?

 

  This will depend on your shipping method and when your order was placed.  We will process your order for in-stock merchandise, vendor-shipped merchandise or Gift Card request no later than the next RCC business day after your order date.  RCC business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  However, an order with expedited shipping will be processed as quickly as possible.  Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday by FedEx if to your home, Monday through Friday by FedEx if to a business address, or Monday through Saturday if by USPS.  Please see Shipping for more information.


5. Having problems with viewing items or navigating the website?

 

  RCCWestern.com suggests using Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher, or Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or higher.  Macintosh users can view the site using Opera 4.0 or higher, or Safari 1.0 or higher.  Also, to properly view our site, please allow pop-ups from our site only and your browser must have JavaScript enabled.  Please allow cookies on our site to enable the Shopping Cart.

6. When will my credit card be charged?

 

  Your credit card or debit card will be run at the time of your order to verify the funds are available.  Those funds will be placed on hold and the charge will go through when the items for your order are scanned to ship.  If an item is delayed or unavailable, you have the option of keeping the charge active or cancelling the order and receiving a full refund.


7. Do you have gift cards available on-line?

 

  Yes, you can purchase gift cards directly on our website to use on our website or in any RCC Western Store.  The gift cards can be mailed or emailed to you or to someone else as a gift.  Please visit the Gift Cards page to purchase one.


8. Do prices on RCCWesternStores.com vary from those in the stores?

 

  RCCWesternStores.com pricing may be different from our retail store pricing. RCC is unable to match internet or retail store pricing and promotions.

 

9. Are the products on the website different than products in the store?

 

  Yes, there are many products on the website that may not be carried in the RCC Western Stores and vice versa. Each RCC Western Store is unique in it's product offering.

 


10. Can I order a printed catalog?

 

  No, RCCWesternStores.com works as a catalog.  With RCCWesternStores.com, new items are added more quickly than would be possible with a printed catalog.


11. What credit cards do you accept?

 

  RCCWestern.com accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.


12. Does RCC Western Stores have a store near me?

 

    RCC Western Stores has stores in 12 states, (Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.)  Please see our Store Locator for RCC Store locations and information about the stores.


13. When was RCC Western Stores founded?

 

  RCC Western Stores was founded in 1948 in Rapid City, South Dakota.


14. Does RCC Western Stores have any job openings?

15. Can I return or exchange items ordered online?

 

    Yes!  You can return or exchange items at any RCC Western Store or return directly to RCC Web Customer Returns.  Please visit Returns/Exchanges for more information regarding RCC Western's return policy.


16. How do I order the correct size of apparel and footwear?

 

  Please visit our Sizing Center for charts, graphics and videos to help you.


17. Can I make changes to my order after I submit it online?

 

     Please call customer service at 888-318-9776 as soon as you can.  Some orders can be changed while some cannot, depending upon their processing timeline.  However, we will help you to the best of our ability to get you the merchandise you desire.

19. Is it safe to submit my credit card on your site?

 

 

    Yes, RCCWestern.com has gone to extra lengths and purchased the finest in security to provide the highest security for our customers.  We are very conscious of security and work very hard to keep your information private.  Also, we will not sell your email address, mailing address, phone number, or other information to outside sources.

 

20. Why am I being charged tax on my online order?

 

 

   

RCC Western must charge tax on any purchases (even online purchases) in any state where we have a physical store due to federal tax laws. These states have an RCC Western Store and online customers will be charged tax on their order: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
